Junior Accountant | Testronic

Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance for the entertainment industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day accounting operations for international entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and budget preparation.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Maintain and organize financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
Knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures would be a plus.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with communicative English (mostly written).
Availability to work from our office 3 days a week.
