Junior Revenue Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure proper tools and methodology to define pricing, promotional and trade terms strategy
  • Manage internal system to complete promotional pre- and post-evaluations in partnership with Sales, Finance and Marketing
  • Build transparency of investments to local and regional management with regular ROI reporting
  • Work with customer teams to track progress towards revenue KPIs
  • Monitor schedule and revenue realization of price increases
  • Attend customer forecast meetings to understand customer dynamics and identify opportunities and risks to the plan
  • Drive portfolio mix management to optimize profitability of categories
  • Work on multiple data sources both qualitative and quantitative to bring valuable insights
  • Support annual planning process

Our requirements

  • Commercial and financial acumen proven with 4+ years of experience
  • Reducing complexity using an analytical, disciplined and collaborative approach
  • Synthesizing multiple data points into a holistic position
  • Fluency in Polish language and good English (B2)
  • Organizing and prioritizing
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Excellence in MS Excell (incl. VBA) and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of Tableau and market data reporting would be an asset (Nielsen, CMR, Focus)
  • Working in a FMCG with customer and category knowledge would be a very strong advantage
