For our client, a globally operating and highly reputable automotive manufacturer, we are looking for an HR Coordinator with German language skills to support recruitment operations within a highly structured and quality-driven corporate environment.

This role is well-suited for a professional who values clearly defined processes, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and thrives in an international setting where precision, accountability, and consistency are key.

Your responsibilities

• End-to-end coordination of recruitment processes, including job postings and collaboration with candidates and hiring managers
• Professional candidate management and communication throughout the entire hiring process
• Scheduling and coordination of interviews
• Administration and maintenance of ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting support
• Coordination of contract-related processes and support of structured onboarding activities
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience in line with corporate standards and processes

Required skills

• Proven experience in HR Operations, Recruitment Coordination, Talent Acquisition, or a comparable HR role
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands-on experience working with ATS systems and strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple processes and stakeholders simultaneously in a structured manner
• Clear, professional, and reliable communication style, with a strong service mindset
• Team-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working within clearly defined corporate processes
• Fluent German and English skills (minimum B2 level in both languages)
