Duties & Responsibilities

As a VAT Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the EMEA VAT Compliance & Reporting team in preparing and filing VAT returns, Intrastat reports, and EC Sales Lists for selected EMEA countries, involving data extraction and analysis from SAP.
  • Assisting in reconciling and cleaning up VAT accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
  • Documenting, implementing, and improving procedures and information flows to facilitate VAT return generation.
