CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware providers, software providers and telecoms. We create proofs-of-concept, help our clients build new products, nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments.
What kind of work do we offer?
Role: Office Administration
Level: Junior
Location: Warsaw
Your role:
- Managing and maintaining the reception desk.
- Greeting and assisting visitors.
- Handling phone calls and managing the company’s email inbox.
- Maintaining up-to-date internal documentation and guidelines.
- Organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of conference rooms and hot desks.
- Supporting the organisation of business meetings.
- Actively supporting internal teams such as Accounting, Administration, HR, and Marketing.
What we expect from you:
- Google Drive proficiency
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Punctuality and ability to set priorities
- Reliability and commitment to duties
- Proactive attitude and openness to daily challenges
