Business Psychology Career Day — Explore the Future of Work, AI and Wellbeing

How will artificial intelligence shape the future of recruitment? What skills will matter most in tomorrow’s job market? And how can we build careers that combine success, wellbeing, and purpose?

These are just some of the questions we will explore during the upcoming Business Psychology Career Day — a unique event bringing together psychology, business, technology, and career development.

The event will create a space for inspiring discussions, practical workshops, and meetings with experts and professionals who work at the intersection of people, business, and innovation.

The day will officially begin with an opening session led by:

  • Tomasz Kownacki — Vice-Rector for Development
  • Giuseppe Leonardi — Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences
  • Małgorzata Foryś-Nogala — Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences
  • Magda Ferretti — Event Founder and Lecturer in Business Psychology

Participants will then have the opportunity to join a series of engaging sessions focused on some of the most important challenges and opportunities in today’s professional world.

Mindfulness and Stress Management in Modern Work Environments

The first workshop, led by Natalia Tinew — Mindfulness Coach and former McKinsey professional — will focus on practical, science-based mindfulness techniques designed to reduce stress and improve focus.

In a world of constant change and fast-paced work environments, learning how to manage wellbeing and maintain mental balance has become one of the most valuable professional skills.

The Future of Work: Humans, AI and Wellbeing

One of the key highlights of the event will be the debate:

“The Future of Work: Humans, AI and Wellbeing — Your Career After Business Psychology”

Experts and international speakers including:
Benoit Nkusi, Ankita Karmakar Das, Burcu Gül Kaplan, Irina Vereshchagina, Andrew Buchanan, Adrian Kozłowski, and Magda Ferretti
will discuss how technology, AI, and changing workplace expectations are transforming modern careers.

The panel will explore:

  • the future of recruitment and HR,
  • the role of AI in business,
  • the importance of wellbeing in professional life,
  • future-ready skills,
  • and career opportunities after Business Psychology studies.

Learn Recruitment From the Inside

Participants will also be able to take part in a practical workshop:

“Inside the Hiring Process: Become a Recruiter and Learn How to Prepare Your Own CV”

Led by Burcu Gül Kaplan, the session will allow students to step into the role of recruiters and understand what really makes a CV stand out in today’s competitive job market.

AI in Recruitment — Practical Experience

The event will also include a hands-on session with Adrian Kozłowski:

“AI in Recruitment: How It Works and Hands-On Practice with Jutt.ai”

Participants will discover how recruiters use artificial intelligence in real hiring processes and will have the opportunity to test AI tools in practice.

Networking and Inspiring Conversations

The day will conclude with a networking session hosted by Magda Ferretti, giving participants the opportunity to exchange ideas, ask questions, and connect with experts and fellow students.

The Business Psychology Career Day is more than just an academic event — it is a chance to better understand the future of work, develop practical skills, and discover how psychology, business, and technology shape modern careers.

🚀 We warmly encourage all students to join us and become part of this inspiring conversation about the future.
