We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented student who would like to gain practical experience in Human Resources and learn how HR processes operate in a global organization.
This internship will provide exposure to a wide range of HR activities and offer an opportunity to support ongoing HR initiatives while developing valuable professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR administration and day-to-day HR Operations activities
- Assist with document management and maintaining employee records
- Support HR document workflows and ensure proper filing and organization of documentation
- Organize, review, and maintain HR data and reports
- Update employee information in HR systems
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support training and employee development activities
- Participate in HR projects and business initiatives
- Support various HR processes taking place across the organization
- Collaborate with HR team members and provide operational support as needed
Who We Are Looking For
- Students pursuing a degree in: o Human Resources Management
o Business Administration
o Management
o Psychology
o Sociology
o Public Administration
o or a related field
- Individuals interested in developing a career in Human Resources
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work with data and documentation accurately
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good English language skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is an advantage
