INFORMATION CLAUSE
As of 25th May 2018, existing legislations of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 are in operation on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation – after „the Regulation”), therefore, according to the wording of art. 13 ust. 1 and ust. 2 of the Regulation, we would like to give you some information:
Who is the administrator of personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for statistical and contact information purposes, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) Regulations. Your personal data will be processed only as part of your consent.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the contact form.
What are the categories of recipients?
The predicted categories of recipients of your data are the members authorized by the Administrator and the employees of the relevant departments of the university.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access your data and the opportunity to obtain a copy of the data and the right to INFORMATION CLAUSE

The consent may be withdrawn in a written form submitted to the Data Administrator.
Can you and where can you file a complaint regarding data processing?
You have the right to file a complaint regarding the processing of data to the Supervisory Authority when you think that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the Regulation.
How long will your data be processed and stored?
Your personal data is processed and stored until the consent is withdrawn, and after that time can be processed and stored during the period of prescription of possible claims.
Will the data be processed in an automated way?
The above data may be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, whereby the processing of the above data will be used, inter alia, to assess the information in the possession or will be the Data Administrator.
